It is with much regret that the RioFest Board of Directors have announced that RioFest 2009 has been canceled. This decision was not made lightly, but due to circumstances beyond our control, the board found it impossible to stage the festival this year. At this time we are uncertain of the future of the festival. Please be assured that the board will be seeking funding and hopes that the festival can be revived.

The RioFest Board of Directors wish to thank the Corporate Sponsors, School Districts throughout the State of Texas, and the volunteers who made RioFest possible.
